It's very important to us that the Shipping & Returns is simple.

Goods once purchased can not be returned.


NOTE: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at invoices@fletna.com with a photo of the defection/damage.

If you are shipping an item over KES 7500, you should consider using a shipping service which allows for tracking and/or purchasing shipping insurance.
